Welcome to Clozet Uganda. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (clozet.kabaleonline.com ) and services. By placing an order or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms legally.

1. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance of Contract

2.1 Invitation to Treat

The display of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat" and not a formal offer to sell. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

2.2 Order Confirmation

A contract is formed only when you receive a "Dispatch Confirmation" or "Order Acceptance" notification from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX). While we try to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will inform you immediately and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations in Kabale.

• For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon handover of the goods.
• Goods remain the property of Clozet/KabaleOnline until full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Estimates

We aim for same-day or next-day delivery within Kabale Municipality. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party logistics (Boda Boda services) are beyond our control.

4.2 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because you provided an incorrect address or were unavailable to receive the package, we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, to protect all customers, the following strict rules apply:

5.1 Eligibility (3-Day Window)

You must initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
• Earrings and body piercings.
• Cosmetics or skincare products if the seal is broken.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed via Mobile Money or Store Credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

6. Product Descriptions & Colors

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen/monitor settings. We do not guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law:

• Clozet and KabaleOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, logos, text, code) is the property of KabaleOnline or its content suppliers. You may not extract or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
