How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status by logging into your Account and clicking on 'My Orders'. You will also receive SMS or email updates when the rider is dispatched.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by the seller. Once the order is marked as 'Out for Delivery', cancellations are no longer accepted.

Is it safe to pay with Mobile Money?

Absolutely. We use secure, industry-standard payment gateways. If you are ever unsure, you can always select 'Cash on Delivery' (for Kabale town orders) and pay the rider directly via Mobile Money when they arrive.

What if the item I receive is broken?

Under our Return Policy, you have the right to inspect the item upon delivery. If it is defective, you can reject it immediately. If you notice a defect within 48 hours, you can return it directly to the vendor's shop for an exchange or refund.

How do I become a seller?

If you have a business in Kabale, click on 'Sell with Us' in your account dashboard. Fill out the application, and our admin team will review your shop for approval.
