• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities, including placing fake Cash-on-Delivery orders or abusing the returns system.

3. Platform Liability Limitations

Kabale Online facilitates transactions but does not manufacture, store, or own the inventory sold on the platform (unless explicitly stated).

• Product Warranties: Any warranties or guarantees on electronics or hardware are provided directly by the individual vendor, not Kabale Online.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Kabale Online will act as a mediator to ensure fair resolution based on our Returns Policy.

4. Pricing and Availability

While we strive for accuracy, vendors manage their own inventory. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified immediately and any upfront payments will be fully refunded.
