Seller Guidelines

1. Listing Accuracy & Quality

Trust is the foundation of our marketplace. As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that every item you list is accurately described and photographed.

• Real Photos: You must upload clear, authentic photos of the actual item. Do not use generic stock images from the internet.
• Honest Descriptions: Clearly state the condition of the item, including any flaws, wear, or missing parts.
• Accurate Pricing: Prices must be final and explicitly stated in UGX. Do not list "clickbait" prices.

2. Prohibited Items

To keep our community safe, the following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on Kabale Online:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or related paraphernalia.
• Weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition.
• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or unauthorized copies of branded products.
• Stolen property or items obtained through illegal means.
• Adult content, explicit material, or escort services.
• Perishable goods that do not meet local health and safety standards.

3. Inventory & Fulfillment

You must have physical possession of the items you list. Dropshipping without explicit prior approval is not allowed.

• Remove your listing immediately if the item is sold elsewhere or is no longer available.
• Ensure items are handed over in exactly the condition described in your listing.

4. Seller Conduct & Communication

We expect all community members to treat each other with respect.

• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Do not use abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
• Do not attempt to bypass the platform's security or scam buyers.

5. Enforcement & Suspensions

Kabale Online reserves the right to moderate the marketplace to ensure user safety.

We may remove listings, issue warnings, or permanently suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receive negative feedback from buyers. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to abide by these decisions.
