Express Delivery (Kabale Town)

For customers located strictly within Kabale Municipality (including Kabale University surroundings), we offer 60-minute express delivery on eligible items.

  • Delivery operates during standard business hours.
  • You may choose to pay via Mobile Money or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Our rider will call the phone number provided on your account upon arrival. If you are unreachable for more than 15 minutes, the order will be canceled and returned to the vendor.

Regional Delivery (Outside Kabale)

Upfront Transport Fee Required: Due to distance logistics, any order placed outside Kabale town boundaries requires the transportation fee to be paid via Mobile Money before the item leaves the vendor's shop.

  • The exact transport cost will be communicated by our support team based on your exact location in the Kigezi region.
  • Delivery times for regional orders vary between 2 to 24 hours depending on transport availability.
